Deuxieme Vent (the name is a clue) was set up to satisfy my lust for fabric, love of a bargain and incurable addiction to charity shops and thrift stores. Plus I hate to see anything go to waste, and I’d like to do a bit to help the planet.
So everything made by Deuxieme Vent is created from fabrics/buttons/jewellery/oddments which have already had a life and are now ready for another one.
We make jackets, bags and kaftans. Our style is loose-fit roomy (we don't do tailoring) and so ideal for all shapes and sizes.. You can buy "off the peg" (already made from our stock of second hand fabrics) or we can take commissions according to your colour and/or pattern preference. We can also make up a bag or garment of your choice from your own favourite (used) fabric which you send in to us.
